ROHM DTA123EE Manual

This document describes the features and characteristics of the DTA123E series PNP digital transistors produced by ROHM. These transistors have built-in bias resistors, making it easy to configure inverter circuits without external input resistors. They completely eliminate parasitic effects and can be easily designed by setting the on/off conditions. The DTC123E series complementary NPN types are also available. These transistors are suitable for switching circuits, inverter circuits, interface circuits, and driver circuits.
