ROHM DTA125TUA Manual

Update: 30 September, 2023

The DTA125T series is ROHM's PNP type digital transistor with output current of -100mA and voltage tolerance of -50V. The series features built-in bias resistors, making it possible to configure an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors (see equivalent circuit). The bias resistors are thin-film resistors with complete isolation, which allows negative biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of completely eliminating parasitic effects. The series only requires the on/off conditions to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy. The series' complementary NPN types are the DTC125T series. The series complies with lead-free/RoHS standards.
