DTA144TM / DTA144TE / DTA144TUA / DTA144TKA is a digital transistor produced by ROHM company. It has a current and voltage of -100mA / -50V and is suitable for applications such as inverters, interfaces and drivers. The transistor has built-in bias resistors, which can be used to configure an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. It also has completely isolated thin-film resistors for positive biasing of the input and almost completely eliminates parasitic effects. The design of the transistor is simple and only requires the setting of on/off conditions to operate.
