ROHM DTA043TUB Manual

The DTA043T series is a PNP digital transistor with built-in bias resistors. It features built-in bias resistors that allow the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to enable negative biasing. They also eliminate parasitic effects completely. Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making circuit design easy.
