ROHM DTB143EK Manual

DTB143EK is a digital transistor that can be used to configure an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. The input terminals of the device have built-in bias resistors that allow positive biasing of the input. The device has the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects, and only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the device design easy.
