TLP165J is a TOSHIBA mini flat coupler suitable for surface mount assembly. It consists of a photo triac optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode. It features a peak off-state voltage of 600V (min.), a trigger LED current of 10mA (max.), an on-state current of 70mA (max.), an isolation voltage of 2500Vrms (min.), and UL1577 recognition (file no. E67349). It is also VDE approved. The trigger LED current is IFT7. The document provides the pin configurations and the minimum and maximum values of the trigger LED current.
