Based on the details issued by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) on 28th October 2008, this document discusses the legal obligations that companies may have if substances on the 'Candidate List' are included in their products and packaging. Suppliers of articles containing substances on the Candidate List above a concentration of 0.1% must inform their customers and provide safe use data. Packaging is considered a separate article and should be mentioned separately. Please refer to the data sheet for details on any SVHC in the packaging of this product.
