This document describes the features and characteristics of the MKP Radial Potted Type MKP 338 2 X2 interference suppression film capacitors from Vishay BCcomponents. These capacitors are suitable for standard X2 applications and have a rated voltage of AC 310V and a capacitance range of 0.001µF to 3.3µF. They are constructed with a polypropylene film dielectric and metallized film electrodes, and are encapsulated in a plastic case with epoxy resin sealing for flame retardancy. The capacitors are compliant with the RoHS directive 2002/95/EC.
