National Semiconductor LPC661 Low Power CMOS Operational Amplifier handbook

The LPC661 is a low power CMOS operational amplifier from National Semiconductor Corporation. It uses National Semiconductor Corporation's advanced Double-Poly Silicon-Gate CMOS process. This device has a wide supply voltage range (+5V to +15V), output swing up to the supply voltage range and can provide ground level output in the input common-mode range. The performance parameters of this device are better than most bipolar operational amplifiers, with a supply current of only 55μA.
