The MSC121X series is a low-power, high-precision, high-performance MCU and A/D converter hybrid module that can be used for various digital signal processing applications. The MSC121X series includes five products: MSC1210, MSC1211, MSC1212, MSC1213 and MSC1214. They are different in the number and precision of the built-in A/D converters. MSC121X series adopts 8051 compatible MCU core, with up to 40MHz operating speed, which can meet the needs of various digital signal processing applications. MSC121X series also has 32kB flash memory, 1280 bytes of data SRAM, 2KB boot ROM and 16 interrupt sources, which can meet the storage and interrupt requirements of various applications. MSC121X series adopts 34 I/O pins, which can connect various peripheral devices. MSC121X series has low power consumption characteristics, in idle mode current consumption is less than 200µA, in stop mode current consumption is less than 100nA. MSC121X series also has programmable brownout reset and programmable low voltage detection function, which can improve the reliability of the system.
