This datasheet introduces the features and characteristics of TLV1393 and TLV2393 dual bipolar comparators. They are built using a new Texas Instruments low-voltage, high-speed bipolar process, and are specifically designed for low-voltage, single-supply applications. TLV1393 is ideal for low-power systems, with its typical supply current of only 0.16 mA and improved response time of 0.7 µs. TLV2393 features excellent AC performance with a response time of just 0.45 µs, three times that of the LM393. These devices are available in TSSOP packages, which are 1.1 mm thick and 25% smaller than standard surface-mount packages, making them ideal for high-density circuits, especially in hand-held and portable equipment.
