ADG1211/ADG1212/ADG1213 are low capacitance, low charge injection, ±15 V/+12 V iCMOS™ quad single-pole single-throw switches. The 1 pF switch off capacitance and 2.6 pF switch on capacitance make them ideal for applications demanding extremely low capacitance such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, and portable systems.
