GL05-HT3 to GL24-HT3 are low capacitance ESD protection diodes for high-speed data interfaces. They provide transient protection according to IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) standards. These diodes are suitable for high-speed data lines, cellular handsets, USB port protection, LAN equipment, and peripherals. They come in a small package and are lead (Pb)-free components. They comply with RoHS 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC standards.
