VISHAY TSOP7000 Manual

TSOP7000 is a miniaturized receiver for infrared remote control and IR data transmission manufactured by Vishay Semiconductors. It integrates a PIN diode and a preamplifier, and the epoxy package is designed as an IR filter. The demodulated output signal can be directly decoded by a microprocessor. The main benefit is its operation with high data rates and long distances. It has not been qualified according to automotive specifications.
