The AD5246 is a 128-position I2C compatible digital resistor with four resistor values of 5kΩ, 10kΩ, 50kΩ, and 100kΩ. It is packaged in a 2mm×2.1mm SC70-6 and supports the I2C interface. It also supports full read/write of the wiper register, and automatically sets the wiper to the midscale position when the power is turned on. The operating voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V, the temperature coefficient is 45ppm/°C in rheostat mode, the typical operating current is 0.9µA, and the operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
