The AD5320 is a single-channel 12-bit DAC chip with SOT-23 package. It operates at a voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and has a low power consumption of 140μA. The chip features Rail-to-Rail output and has functions such as micropower operation, power-down, and low power serial interface. It is suitable for applications such as portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources, and programmable attenuators.
