ANALOG DEVICES AD1877 English products handbook
Update: 30 September, 2023
AD1877 is a single-supply, 16-bit single-channel ADC from Analog Devices. It features a fourth-order, 64-times oversampling modulator and a three-stage linear-phase decimator that effectively reduces quantization noise. The ADC has a dynamic range of 92 dB, a S/(THD+N) of 90 dB, and supports 256fs or 384fs input clocks. It consumes less than 100 mW of power and supports power-down mode. The ADC also includes input overrange indication, an on-chip voltage reference, and a flexible serial output interface. It is available in a 28-lead SOIC package.
