AD7490 is a 12-bit high speed, low power, 16-channel successive approximation ADC with a maximum throughput rate of 1 MSPS. It features single-ended inputs with a sequencer, wide input bandwidth and high SNR (69.5 dB at 50 kHz input frequency). AD7490 provides a VDD supply range of 2.7 V to 5.25 V and multiple packages to suit a wide range of applications.
