The AD9863 Rev. A is a mixed-signal front-end (MxFE™) baseband transceiver from Analog Devices that is suitable for broadband applications. The AD9863 Rev. A has dual 12-bit, 50 MSPS analog-to-digital converters and dual 12-bit, 200 MSPS digital-to-analog converters, and supports internal or external references. The AD9863 Rev. A also supports various interleaved or noninterleaved data transfer modes, and can operate in half-duplex mode or full-duplex mode. The AD9863 Rev. A uses a 24-pin flexible I/O data interface, and supports programming through registers or through mode pins. The AD9863 Rev. A also has independent Rx and Tx power-down control pins, and a 64-lead LFCSP package (9 mm × 9 mm).
