The AD7667 is a 16-bit 1 MSPS PulSAR® unipolar ADC with a 2.5V internal reference voltage and maximum drift of 15 ppm/°C. It features a throughput of 1 MSPS and provides 16-bit resolution with no missing codes. The ADC is suitable for applications such as data acquisition, medical instruments, digital signal processing, battery-powered systems, and process control.
