AD7684 is a 16-bit, 100kSPS PulSAR, differential ADC in MSOP package. AD7684 features 16-bit resolution, no missing codes, 100kSPS throughput, ±1LSB typical error, ±3LSB maximum error, ±VREF true differential analog input range (0V to VREF, VREF up to VDD), support single-supply operation (2.7V to 5.5V), SPI®-/QSPI-™/MICROWIRE-™/DSP-compatible serial interface, power dissipation of 4mW@5V, [email protected], 150μ[email protected]/10kSPS, standby current of 1nA. AD7684 is suitable for battery-powered equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, medical instruments, process control and other applications.
