The AD7766 is a high-performance, low-power, 24-bit ADC from Analog Devices that operates at up to 128 kSPS. The device uses an oversampled successive approximation (SAR) architecture and features a 115.5 dB dynamic range, a 109.5 dB dynamic range, and a -112 dB THD. Additionally, the AD7766 has a low power consumption of 8.5 mW, 10.5 mW, and 15 mW, a 24-bit no missing code (NMC) accuracy, a 15 nV/°C zero error drift, and a 0.4 ppm/°C gain error drift.
