The AD7765 is a high performance, 24-bit sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with 115 dB dynamic range and 156 kHz maximum output data rate. It features a fully differential modulator input, on-chip differential amplifier, on-chip reference buffer, and full band low-pass filter. The AD7765 also provides a low power mode, flexible SPI interface, overrange alert pin, digital gain correction registers, and power-down mode. It is suitable for applications such as data acquisition systems, vibration analysis, and instrumentation.
