ANALOG DEVICES AD7715* handbook

The AD7715 is a 16-bit Sigma-Delta ADC from Analog Devices that consumes less than 450µA of supply current at 3V and has a conversion speed of 1µs. The AD7715 is manufactured using CMOS technology and has very low power consumption, with a standby power consumption of only 50µW at 3V. The AD7715 provides four gain selections of 1, 2, 32, and 128 and supports a three-wire serial interface that is compatible with SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP.
