VISHAY BYV28/... Manual

BYV28/ is an ultra fast avalanche sintered glass diode produced by Vishay Semiconductors. It features controlled avalanche characteristic, low forward voltage, ultra fast recovery time, glass passivated junction, hermetically sealed package, lead (Pb)-free component, and it is in accordance with RoHS 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC. It is mainly used for very fast rectification applications.
