MAXIM MAX19516 Dual-Channel 10-Bit 100Msps ADC handbook

The MAX19516 is a 10-bit, dual-channel, 100Msps ADC from ADI that operates from a 2.5V to 3.3V AVDD supply and accepts a wide 0.4V to 1.4V input common-mode voltage range. It supports DC-coupled inputs and can be used in a variety of RF, IF, and baseband front-end applications. The device has a typical signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) performance of 60dBFS and a typical spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 82dBc at fIN = 70MHz and fCLK = 100MHz.
