NXP BB181 VHF variable capacitance diode Data Sheet

The BB181 is a variable capacitance diode produced by NXP Semiconductors. It is fabricated in planar technology and encapsulated in the SOD523 (SC-79) ultra small plastic SMD package. Its features include excellent linearity, a small package size, and a capacitance range of 1pF to 14pF. This product can be used in satellite tuners for electronic tuning, tunable coupling, and voltage-controlled oscillators (VCO).
