The TPS6102x series is a high efficiency synchronous boost converter with an adjustable output voltage, an input voltage range of 0.9V to 6.5V, and an output current of up to 200mA. It can be used for products powered by a single-cell, two-cell, or three-cell alkaline, nickel cadmium, or nickel metal hydride battery, or it can be used to generate 5V at 500mA from a 3.3V or Li-Ion battery.
