Vishay Semiconductors VLMW11 is an ultrabright 0603 SMD LED product that utilizes high efficient InGaN technology. It has a compact size of 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm x 0.6 mm and exceptional brightness. The LED is based on a high reliability lead frame and can operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. It is categorized according to CIE1931 chromaticity coordinate per packing unit and has a typical color temperature of 5500 K. The LED is compatible with various solder processes and comes in an 8 mm tape reel. It is a lead-free device and complies with RoHS and WEEE standards. The LED is suitable for automotive applications such as backlighting in dashboards, switches, and keypads, as well as telecommunication applications for indicators and backlights.
