MAXIM MAX3397E handbook

MAX3397E is a bidirectional level translator from Infineon. It can translate low voltage ASICs/PLDs logic signals to high voltage system logic signals or vice versa. MAX3397E supports 8Mbps data rate and can be used in cell phones, MP3 players, telecommunications equipment, POS systems, smart card readers and GPS.
