CD54ACT86 and CD74ACT86 are quadruple 2-input exclusive-OR gates. They perform the Boolean function Y = A⊕B or Y = AB + AB in positive logic. The devices have TTL-voltage compatibility, fast speed, low power consumption, ±24mA output drive current, fanout to 15 F devices, SCR-Latchup-Resistant CMOS process and circuit design, and exceed 2-kV ESD protection per MIL-STD-883, Method 3015.
