MAXIM MAX4598 handbook

The MAX4598 is a low-voltage, CMOS analog IC that can be configured as a single-ended 8:1 or differential 4:1 multiplexer. It has low on-resistance (up to 75Ω max) and TTL-compatible logic inputs, capable of handling rail-to-rail analog signals. The MAX4598 has two operating modes: standard multiplexer and latchable multiplexer. It features low off-leakage current and ESD protection. Suitable for applications such as ADC systems, battery-operated equipment, test equipment, avionics, audio-signal routing, and networking.
