The MAX19998 is a high-linearity downconversion mixer from Maxim that operates from 2300MHz to 4000MHz and supports 2.5GHz and 3.5GHz applications. The device features a double-balanced passive mixer core, an IF amplifier, and an LO buffer. It also integrates RF and LO input baluns. The MAX19998 requires a nominal LO drive of 0dBm and consumes a typical current of 230mA at VCC = 5.0V or 150mA at VCC = 3.3V.
