The ADN2526 is a differential laser diode driver with an operation speed of 11.3 Gbps and rise/fall times of 24 ps. It supports full back-termination and can drive TOSAs with resistances ranging from 5Ω to 50Ω. It has a bias current range of 10 mA to 100 mA and a differential modulation current range of 10 mA to 80 mA. Additionally, it features voltage input control, automatic laser shutdown, and cross point adjustment. The ADN2526 is suitable for applications such as SONET OC-192 and SDH STM-64 optical transceivers, 10 Gb Fibre Channel transceivers, and 10 Gb Ethernet optical transceivers.
