ADL5317 is a cascade avalanche photodiode (APD) bias controller and wide range (5 nA to 5 mA) current monitor. It accurately sets APD bias voltage with a wide bias range and a 3 V-compatible control interface. The product also monitors photodiode current and features overcurrent protection and overtemperature shutdown.
