ADuM5000 is an integrated, isolated DC-to-DC converter with adjustable 3.3V or 5V output voltage and up to 500mW output power. It comes in a 16-lead SOIC package with a 7.6mm creepage distance and can operate at temperatures up to 105°C. The product is certified by UL, CSA, and VDE, and features thermal overload protection. It is suitable for applications such as RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 transceivers, industrial field bus isolation, power supply startups and gate drives, isolated sensor interfaces, and industrial PLCs.
