The TP3064A, TP3067A, TP13064A, and TP13067A are comprised of a single-chip PCM codec and PCM line filter, which can be used to interface a full-duplex voice telephone circuit with a TDM system. They provide functions including transmit high-pass and low-pass filtering, receive low-pass filter with (sin x)/x correction, µ-Law or A-Law compatible coder and decoder, internal precision voltage reference, serial I/O interface, internal autozero circuitry, etc. They support ±5V operation, have low operating power, and can automatically power down. They have a TTL- or CMOS-compatible digital interface and maximize line interface card circuit density. They are improved versions of National Semiconductor TP3064, TP3067, TP3064-X, and TP3067-X.
