TMP03/TMP04 is a low-cost serial digital output thermometer that generates a modulated serial digital output proportional to the temperature. It has an accuracy of 1.5°C (typical) from -25°C to +100°C, and can operate in the range of -40°C to +100°C, up to 150°C. It has a maximum power consumption of 6.5 mW and can operate at low voltage from 4.5 V to 7 V. It is suitable for applications such as isolated sensors, environmental control systems, computer thermal monitoring, thermal protection, industrial process control, and power system monitors.
