The Six Degrees of Freedom Inertial Sensor ADIS16367 Rev. A provides a tri-axis digital gyroscope and a tri-axis digital accelerometer that can perform autonomous operation and data collection. This sensor has a digital range scaling feature that can be set to ±300°/sec, ±600°/sec, and ±1200°/sec. Tight orthogonal alignment provides a 0.05° accuracy.
