The ADIS16220 is a programmable digital vibration sensor from Analog Devices that has a ±70g acceleration sensing capability, a 22kHz sensor resonance frequency, a 100.2 kSPS sampling rate, a SPI-compatible serial interface, a programmable data capture function, 1 accelerometer/2 auxiliary ADCs (AIN1, AIN2), a manual trigger for user initiation, an automatic trigger for periodic data capture, an event trigger for condition-driven capture, a digital temperature sensor output, digitally controlled sampling rate, digitally controlled frequency response, 2 auxiliary digital I/Os, digitally activated self-test, digitally activated low power mode, a serial number and device ID, single-supply operation, a 3.15 V to 3.6 V operating voltage range, a -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range, and a 9.2 mm x 9.2 mm 16-terminal LGA package.
