This document describes the features and characteristics of the Precision Triaxial Inclinometer and Accelerometer ADIS16210 Rev.A. The product features a triaxial digital inclinometer system with a measurement range of ±180° for roll and pitch axes, and ±90° for the gravity axis. The relative accuracy is ±0.1°. It also includes a triaxial digital accelerometer with a high accuracy measurement range of ±1.7g and an axis-to-axis alignment of ±0.05°. The product supports digital internal temperature and power supply measurements, programmable user calibration options, SPI-compatible serial interface, and other features.
