This is a datasheet for ADP1878/ADP1879 chip. It is a synchronous buck controller with constant on time and valley current mode. It supports 2.95V to 20V power input voltage range, minimum output voltage of 0.6V. The chip has ±1.0% accuracy, supports all N-channel MOSFET power stages. It provides 300kHz, 600kHz and 1.0MHz options, no current sense resistor required. It has light load power saving mode (only ADP1879), resistor programmable current limit, internal pull-up resistor power good, programmable soft start, thermal overload protection, short circuit protection, standalone precision enable input, integrated bootstrap diode, precharged output and 14-lead LFCSP_WD package.
