The ADP2381 is a synchronous step-down regulator with an input voltage range of 4.5V to 20V. It features an integrated 44 mΩ high-side MOSFET, a 0.6V ± 1% temperature-stable reference voltage, a continuous output current of 6A, and programmable switching frequency. It is suitable for applications in communication infrastructure, networking and servers, industrial and instrumentation, healthcare and medical, and DC-to-DC point of load conversion.
