ADP2118 is a high efficiency synchronous step-down DC-to-DC regulator with a continuous output current of 3A. It integrates 75mΩ and 40mΩ FETs, with an output accuracy of ±1.5%. The input voltage range is from 2.3V to 5.5V, and the output voltage range is from 0.6V to VIN. It has a selectable fixed switching frequency of 600kHz or 1.2MHz, and can be synchronized between 600kHz and 1.4MHz. It also has selectable synchronize phase shift of 0° or 180°, selectable PWM or PFM mode operation, and various protection features such as UVLO, OVP, OCP, and thermal shutdown.
