ANALOG DEVICES ADP2108 handbook

This document describes the features of ADP2108, a high efficiency, low quiescent current step-down DC-to-DC converter. It has a peak efficiency of 95%, a fixed frequency operation of 3 MHz, a typical quiescent current of 18 μA, and a maximum load current of 600 mA. The converter is suitable for applications such as PDAs, palmtop computers, wireless handsets, digital audio, portable media players, digital cameras, and GPS navigation units.
