anyCAP® 100 mA Low Dropout Linear Regulator ADP3309 Rev. C is a low dropout linear regulator with ±1.2% accuracy and a typical dropout voltage of 120 mV at 100 mA. The device requires only COUT = 0.47 μF for stability and can be used with all types of capacitors (including MLCC). It also features current and thermal limiting, low noise, low shutdown current, a temperature range of -20°C to +85°C, an input voltage range of 2.8 V to 12 V, and multiple fixed voltage options. It is available in a small 5-lead SOT-23 package.
