ADuM1230 is an isolated half-bridge gate driver that employs Analog Devices’ iCoupler® technology to provide independent and isolated high-side and low-side outputs. It combines high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, making this isolation component have outstanding performance characteristics, such as high output current, high voltage withstand, high common-mode transient immunity and high frequency operation.
