The LM3352 is a switched capacitor DC/DC converter from National Semiconductor. It can convert an input voltage from 2.5V to 5.5V to a stable output voltage of 2.5V, 3.0V or 3.3V, with a maximum output current of 200mA and an average efficiency of greater than 80%. The switching frequency is 1MHz. The device is available in a 16-pin TSSOP package, with low operating and standby current, making it ideal for portable and handheld applications.
