UC1823 UC2823 UC3823 is a high-performance PWM controller that is compatible with voltage or current-mode topologies. It has a 1.0MHz switching frequency, 50ns output propagation delay, 1.5A peak current, wide-bandwidth error amplifier, double pulse suppression, pulse current limiting, soft start/max. Duty Cycle Control, Hysteresis Under-Voltage Lockout, Low Start Up Current (1.1mA), Trimmed Bandgap Reference (5.1V ±1%).
