This is the datasheet of ti tpa301, which is a 350-mW mono audio power amplifier that supports 3.3v and 5v power supply. The output power is 350 mw at RL=8 ohm when the supply voltage is 5v, and 250 mw when the supply voltage is 3.3v. At the same time, the product has ultra-low quiescent current. In shutdown mode, it only has 0.15 microamps. In addition, it has thermal protection and short-circuit protection and supports soi and powerpad msol packaging.
